These Terms of Service govern the use of the skyshot.ro website and the services offered by Kali Web SRL, with its registered office in Bucharest, Splaiul Independenței St. no. 202B, sector 6, unique registration code 36134178 (referred to below as "skyshot.ro" or "we"). By accessing and using this site, or by requesting our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
skyshot.ro provides drone photography and filming, 360° virtual tour creation, panoramic photography, and related visual promotion services for hotels, guesthouses, real estate agencies, and other businesses. The details of each service, as well as how it's contracted, are agreed individually with the client before a project begins.
Bookings and working together
A photo shoot, filming session, or virtual tour is booked by contacting us through the form on the site, by phone, or by email. The date, time, and location are agreed together. We reserve the right to reschedule a session for reasons beyond our control, such as weather unsuitable for drone filming, and we will inform the client as soon as possible.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Photo, video, or virtual tour material produced by skyshot.ro remains the intellectual property of Kali Web SRL until the agreed payment has been completed. Once payment is complete, the client is granted the right to use the delivered material for the purposes it was commissioned for (online promotion, their own website, social media, etc.). skyshot.ro reserves the right to use part of the material it produces in its own portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests in writing that it not be used for that purpose.
Client's obligations
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information needed for the project, to ensure access to the location for scheduled sessions, and to pay for services as agreed. Any change to the scope of a project compared to what was initially agreed may require renegotiating the cost.
Limitation of liability
We are committed to delivering quality, professional work. However, certain conditions beyond our control (weather, legal restrictions on drone flights, location unavailability) may affect the quality or completion of a session; in such cases, we will communicate openly with the client to find a solution, such as rescheduling. skyshot.ro is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of delivered material by the client or third parties.
Website content
The content of this site (text, images, design) is the property of skyshot.ro or is used with the rights holders' permission, and is protected by copyright law. Reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using this content without our written consent is prohibited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the site or our services will, where possible, be resolved amicably, and otherwise by the competent courts in Romania.
